On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3 p.m. If you should arrive after 7 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. Please empty your room by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Cancellation must be made through a unilateral written declaration (email). In case of no-show for the agreed period without prior cancellation, the guest or the booker is obligated to pay the full agreed price. For cancellations made after the 7th day before arrival or in the event of early departure, the guest or the booker is required to pay 70% of the agreed price for the unused services. The agreed price includes accommodation, meals, and any additional services.

We are happy to welcome you together with your four-legged friends. It’s necessary to inform us in advance, as dogs are not allowed in all rooms. The surcharge is of 14€ per day. Dogs have no access to the wellness and pool area. If you would like to bring your dog to breakfast or dinner, please let us know in advance so that we can consider it when assigning the tables.

Who travels by car will find a parking space in front of the house. The BAMBOO is located less than 5 minutes from the train station. You can take a bus directly to Martelltal Valley. From BAMBOO, you can go to Meran in 30 minutes. Our hotel is located directly at the cycling path and an ideal starting point for MTB-tours. Also, some cable cars await in the immediate surroundings.
