Useful information for your holiday in the Venosta Valley
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available from 3 p.m. at the latest. You can fill out the check-in form from the comfort of your own home. You will then receive your guest pass and a link that you can use on your smartphone to open the entrance and your apartment door as soon as you arrive.
Please vacate your apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cancellation must be made through a unilateral written declaration (email).
In case of no-show for the agreed period without prior cancellation, the guest or the booker is obligated to pay the full agreed price.
For cancellations made after the 14th day before arrival or in the event of early departure, the guest or the booker is required to pay 70% of the agreed price for the unused services. The agreed price includes accommodation, meals, and any additional services.
Not being able to go on a planned trip is hard enough. To avoid financial loss, you should take the right precautions. Don’t forget to take out travel cancellation insurance following this link: Europäischen Reiserücktrittsversicherung
We are happy to welcome you together with your four-legged friends. It’s necessary to inform us in advance. The surcharge is of 14€ per day. Dogs have no access to the wellness and pool area.
Who travels by car will find a parking space in front of the house. The Residence GoldRain is located less than 5 minutes from the train station. You can take a bus directly to Martelltal Valley. You can go to Meran in 30 minutes. Our residence is located directly at the cycling path and an ideal starting point for MTB-tours. Also, some cable cars await in the immediate surroundings.
Die Betten sind bei Ihrer Ankunft liebevoll vorbereitet, und Handtücher für Badezimmer und Pool stehen bereit. Bademäntel können bei Bedarf gerne zu einem Aufpreis von 5€ hinzugebucht werden.
